Farming runs in the family.
I grew up on a farm — 45 years of my dad's crop knowledge is baked into how I think about soil, rotation, and doing things right. Different crop, same principles.
Our first garlic goes in the ground Fall 2026. Half an acre of Music Porcelain, hand-planted near Kitchener-Waterloo. We're starting small and growing the right way.
No shortcuts. No commodity. Just Ontario soil, honest work, and traceable hardneck garlic at a fair wholesale price.
